Kristin Cavallari is showing us that age really is just a number. The Laguna Beach star, who celebrated her 39th birthday in January 2026, recently set social media on fire with a stunning series of photos promoting her Uncommon Beauty skincare line. In these shots, she confidently sports a black string bikini while taking in a breathtaking waterfront view.

The Bikini Photos That Set the Internet Abuzz

In the first photo, Cavallari poses next to a sheer white curtain, with a pool and distant skyline in the background. She’s wearing a black triangle bikini with tie-side bottoms, her shoulder-length blonde hair cascading in loose waves. One hand rests casually on her hip while the other playfully holds the curtain. Her caption reads: "Tan lines, vitamin C + peptides 🍍☀️".

The second photo captures her from the side, leaning against the curtain with one arm raised above her head, a blissful smile on her face and her eyes closed. The final image features her holding a bottle of her brand's Enhanced Pineapple Peptide Nectar close to her face, with a large green leaf partially framing the shot. The message is clear: her radiant skin and fit physique are thanks to her own skincare line and a dedicated fitness routine.

The Runway-Ready Routine That Made a Difference

These eye-catching photos come just months after Cavallari graced the runway at Miami Swim Week for Uncommon James' inaugural fashion show. On her Let's Be Honest podcast, she shared the secrets behind getting "runway ready."

She mentioned that while she generally maintains a healthy lifestyle, she really ramped up her routine "at least a month out." The biggest shift? Cutting back on alcohol. She only indulged twice in the three months leading up to the show.

"I think, first of all, I look and feel the best I ever have," she shared.

A Healthier, More Relaxed Approach to Fitness

As a mother of three, Cavallari confessed that she’s become "more relaxed in the last few years about eating and working out." But instead of viewing this as a setback, she believes it’s actually worked in her favor: "I look and feel the best I ever have."I look and feel the best I ever have." She usually hits the gym four times a week, mixing in three days of full-body weight training with one session on the StairMaster.

The Torn Labrum Challenge

The journey to Miami wasn’t exactly a walk in the park. Cavallari had been grappling with a torn labrum for months, which meant she had to ease up on the heavy lifting. But she found a silver lining in the situation.

"I actually think it worked in my favor because I was able to lean up a little bit more than I have in the last couple of years, I think," she shared. "And, um, I think it worked in my favor for the runway."

Even with all her preparation, she confessed to feeling "so incredibly nervous" before stepping onto the runway. "And as soon as I got out there, it was just like, OK, it's go time," she recalled.

The Girl Who Started It All

Kristin Elizabeth Cavallari was born on January 5, 1987, in Denver, Colorado. By 2026, she would be celebrating her 39th birthday. With Italian heritage from her dad and German roots from her mom, she grew up surrounded by a vibrant cultural mix. After her parents split, she moved with her mom to Barrington, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. She called that place home until her first year of high school, when she made a significant move to Laguna Beach, California, to live with her dad and brother.

That change was a game-changer. During her junior year, she landed a role in the first season of MTV's Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. The show chronicled the lives of affluent teens, and Kristin quickly emerged as its standout villain. Her on-again, off-again romance with Stephen Colletti and her rivalry with Lauren Conrad kept viewers glued to their screens.

From Reality TV Villain to Hollywood Star

After her time on Laguna Beach, Kristin made the leap to Los Angeles and landed a spot on the UPN reality show Get This Party Started, although it was short-lived, lasting only two episodes. Undeterred, she kept pushing ahead. In 2008, she made a splash in Gavin DeGraw's music video for "In Love with a Girl."

The following year, she joined the cast of The Hills, a spin-off of Laguna Beach. Her debut was at Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's wedding, where she famously caught the bouquet. Eventually, she took over from Lauren Conrad as the main cast member and narrator for the latter half of season five.

More Than Just Reality TV

Kristin has shown that she's not just a reality star. In 2011, she took to the dance floor on Dancing with the Stars, teaming up with Mark Ballas. Although she was the third contestant to be eliminated, she proved she had some serious dance moves. Additionally, she co-hosted The Fabulist, a show focused on fashion and lifestyle trends.

Building an Empire

Kristin is a true entrepreneur at heart. In 2017, she launched her jewelry line, Uncommon James, which has since expanded to include home and beauty products. In 2019, she introduced a children's clothing line called Little James. She's also the author of three bestselling cookbooks: True Roots, True Comfort, and Truly Simple, all of which are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free. Each of her books has made it to the New York Times bestseller list, with True Comfort even being recognized as one of the best cookbooks of the year by Delish.

Kristin Cavallari: The Podcast Queen

In 2022, Kristin teamed up with her ex-boyfriend and former co-star Stephen Colletti to launch a podcast called Back to the Beach with Kristin and Stephen. This fun show takes a nostalgic look back at Laguna Beach, complete with behind-the-scenes stories and special guests. Fast forward to 2023, and she debuted another podcast, Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari, where she dives into relationship advice and chats with experts and celebrities.

Personal Life and Heartbreak

Kristin tied the knot with NFL quarterback Jay Cutler on June 7, 2013. Together, they have three kids: two sons, Camden and Jax, and a daughter, Saylor. However, they filed for divorce in April 2020, which was finalized in 2022. Kristin has also been linked to Brody Jenner and more recently, TikTok star Mark Estes, whose 13-year age gap with Kristin caught the media's eye.
In 2015, tragedy struck when her older brother, Michael Cavallari, passed away from hypothermia following a car accident. Kristin has been candid about this heartbreaking loss and how it has impacted her life.
