Coachella 2026

Everybody’s buzzing about Coachella 2026, set for this weekend and the next at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Justin Bieber will be there alongside some of the biggest names in K-pop. Fans are eager to find out more about the lineup, ticket prices, availability, and other exciting news.

Event Basics

The festival this year takes place over two weekends: April 10-12 and April 17-19. Celebrating its 25th edition, it’s well-known for its huge stages, art installations, and continuous music from pop to electronic genres. The lineup dropped on September 15, 2025, causing a surge in excitement that led to a quick sellout. There will be performers from around the globe, featuring more Asian artists than before, transforming the desert into a vibrant party scene.

Who's Performing

The main acts feature Sabrina Carpenter, who brings her catchy pop hits like "Espresso." Justin Bieber is back in the spotlight with emotional songs. Karol G makes history as the first Latina headliner, bringing reggaeton energy to the stage. Anyma introduces his new electronic project, Æden.

There's something for everyone in the lineup, but K-pop stands out—BIGBANG (G-Dragon, Taeyang, Daesung) reunites for both weekends on April 12 and 19. Taemin from SHINee showcases his solo dance-pop style. KATSEYE offers a fresh multinational vibe, and Filipino P-pop group BINI completes the Asian wave. The stages are alive with indie rock and hip-hop, mixing classic favorites with exciting newcomers over six unforgettable days.

Ticket Costs Explained

General Admission (GA) grants access for the whole weekend. Prices start at $649 for Weekend 1 and $549 for Weekend 2 through AXS, the official seller. If you want the GA with shuttle, it’s $779 for Weekend 1 or $679 for Weekend 2. VIP passes kick off at around $1,815, providing private spaces and superior views.

Camping begins at an extra $40 nightly, but if you're eyeing luxury like Safari Cabanas with air conditioning and showers, be ready to spend over $10,000. Groups can tailor their stays with hotel packages. On resale platforms such as SeatGeek, bundles for Weekend 2 start at $1,739 while those for Weekend 1 begin at a hefty $6,202; however, these prices fluctuate daily.

Depending on your choices and extras, anticipate a total cost of anywhere between $700 to $2,000 per person. Don't expect early bird deals now; they’re long gone!

Is It Sold Out?

Coachella 2026 sold out both weekends faster than ever, just a week after the lineup was announced. General admission and VIP passes disappeared quickly, fueled by Bieber excitement and an impressive lineup. On Instagram, organizers stated, "It's gone. Dance on. See you April." If you're still hoping to get tickets, join waitlists on AXS for potential drops from resales or cancellations. In previous years, tickets for Weekend 2 lasted longer; however, that's not the case this time. No announcements about new sales have been made yet, but travel packages could become available—keep an eye on the official sites regularly.

K-pop Highlights

BIGBANG takes the lead as the top K-pop group, hitting the stage on April 12 and 19. They bring high-energy classics along with their first major reunion performance. Meanwhile, Taemin from SHINee impresses with his precise dance moves and strong vocals during a solo segment. KATSEYE blends modern K-pop styles into their act. Adding to the mix, BINI showcases P-pop, which recalls past successes like BLACKPINK's in 2019. Fans can expect chants, dances, and crowds lighting up the night at these shows.

K-pop enthusiasts travel great distances for events like this—BIGBANG might just set global trends ablaze once again.

What Makes It Special

Coachella isn’t just about the music. It’s a mix of fashion, art, and that special desert vibe. Bieber coming back, Karol G’s groundbreaking performance, and the K-pop stars make 2026 a year to remember. Tickets sold out fast, showing how popular it is even with high prices.

If you’re looking for tickets, keep an eye on waitlists. Others can enjoy live streams or catch up at after-parties. It’s like hitting the reset button for music lovers. Here are some tips: fly to Palm Springs early, dress in layers since nights get chilly, drink lots of water when temperatures hit 90°F, and only buy from trusted sellers to avoid scams.

Ready yourself—the desert is calling!
